All Snowed In

What a perfect day for sitting inside and drinking Hot Cocoa!! Forget all the plans we had for today!

I lost count on how many times the kids came in.....

....then went out.......

....then came in..........

.....then went out!

The kids got to take part in Market Day Yesterday, they were sooo excited with their gifts, we ended up having a mini Christmas party so we could all see the beautiful gifts that were picked out.

Here is what Megan picked out for Daddy, and we have already put it to good use!

To be Sick, or not to be....

Today we all stayed home with the flu. Connor legitimately did not feel good all day. The girls on the other hand........

They both said this morning that they had stomach aches, so me being the good mom that I am, assumed they were coming down with what their brother has.

That is until I walked upstairs to their bedroom, which I thought they were taking a nice quiet rest in this afternoon.

Apparantly we are feeling quite a bit better!

Busy, Busy, Busy

Another fun filled weekend flew by!

We had our first Christmas party of the season. Fun was had by all!! Some a little too much fun!!

Saturday was the girls last day of gymnastics, they had so much fun! They both recieved a ribbon and certificate for their accomplishments. Or as Megan would say.." We won the whole class"!

Apparantly at one point during the day Madison and Megan got ahold of my camera and started taking some funny face pictures!

Wow, how time flies...

So you might be asking, where the heck have I been?!? Sometimes I get all wrapped up in the everyday chores of pick up, make food, pick up, bathtime, pick up, homework, pick up.....and so on. So thats where I have been, absolutley nowhere, just not blogging.

So I'm going through my pictures and realize the last time I blogged was halloween, so thats where I am going to begin...and then actually I am not going much further because, since I was not blogging, I didn't take any pictures. Its like a nasty circle. I promised my self and I promise ALL my faithful blogger fans-just kidding-all three of you, I will keep up with blogging!!

Halloween, it feels like just yesterday(or a month and a half ago) when I was getting my beautiful cheerleader, sneaky leopard kitty cat, and cunning hunter dressed for the big day!! Of course it started like three days before halloween so that we could get all the trick or treating in!!

Of course we couldn't miss the big parade at Quincy! Heres the kids with some of their classmates!
We went to the relatives a few days before so that we could, for the first time, take advantage of the homes in Hunters Creek. Being a girl that grew up in Borculo, and now still lives in borculo, this was a new and exciting experience for me!! We met at a random home in Hunters creek, just kidding, we met some friends of ours that live their!! And the night began, going from house to house, as fast as they possibly could. I don't think I have ever seen Megan so stealth, especially in the fairy costume. We borrowed this from our friends because Megan refused to put back on the cheerleader costume she HAD to have. After a night of endless homes and way too much candy, it was definitely time to retire!! Thanks Deb and Buzz for the opportunity to see how the other side lives!!

Yet another busy weekend!! We all traveled up north for the weekend!!

On saturday it was Connor and Megans birthday party with Grandma and Grandpa Kevin, Uncle Kevin, Aunt Andrea, Chase and Logan. The kids had a blast, we carved pumpkins. Actually me and Aunt Andrea carved pumpkins!

Grandpa Kevin took the boys(Connor and Chase ) squirrel and tree hunting!! I believe Chase had an awesome success rate, he managed to hit about every tree dead on! Connor was not as successful, he only shot one squirrel!! Good job Connor and Chase!! And I know you are all wondering what we did with the squirrel???? Yes we chopped his tail off-and eventually used it to make Connors fishing lure project for school-completely not my idea!!!

Later in the day we opened presents!! Megan had recieved some make-up, so obviously we had a makeover party!!!We are soo hot-Andrea!!

Whats a birthday with out birthday cake!!! Which I am still eating!!!

What a fun weekend!! The colors were awesome-but of course I forgot to take a picture of it!!

Footbreak, Football, Bigfoot......

Wow,we have had such a busy weekend I am just finally getting some time to blog!!

The weekend started off with Madison coming home from school with a sore foot..... which turned into this.........

After taking Madi into the emergency room, we found out it was a small hairline fracture. So off we went with our new crutches!!! Which Madison was very disapointed in the fact that they were not pink, we are going to have to glitter them up a bit!! I can't get the stupid picture to rotate so just turn your head.

Saturday morning we got up and went to Connors last football game!! It was so much fun watching these little guys all year, they did such a great job!!

That night the whole football team and their families were invited to a football party. We had the party at the greenhouses. It was such a blast, we handed out the trophies, then we had hay rides, the last hay ride was a scary one! One of the dads dressed up in the famous sasquatch outfit, and we had scary masks, and oh yea- and a chainsaw! The kids were flipping out!

We ended the night with some fireworks and a bonfire!

Sunday we had Connor and Megans Birthday party! The kids had a great time and we all collapsed into bed for the night!
